There are two living areas at Area 8, one on the first floor has 6 meter high vaulted ceilings and XXC Italian design furniture, like the 60’s daybed with a mattress, a desk, a design leather sofa. Here you have a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee station.
A second staircase leads you to the second living area with built-in seating. The kitchen unit is 2 meters long and contains a basin, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There are two mobile induction hotplates making it possible to cook both inside and outside on the terrace.
The upstairs living area has direct access through french doors to a breathtaking panoramic terrace furnished in contemporary Salentino style.
Both living areas have a Samsung air conditioning / heating unit and mosquito nets on all windows.
